Mallard are specialists in the design and manufacture of bespoke air handling units, with air volumes ranging from 0.1 to 40.0 m³/sec.

Architects and designers are faced with a whole range of new problems imposed by building regulations and health and safety regulations and as a result try to design unique solutions to the problems. As a bespoke manufacturer, we provide a wide range of materials for consideration. From simple Pentapost construction with knock in corners and galvanised infill panels, to fully welded stainless steel units for more hostile applications – Mallard can provide the solution.

The versatility of a Mallard air handling unit enables all methods of heating, cooling and heat recovery to be incorporated, with humidification and de-humidification also available.

With the support of MP Air Conditiong and MP Controls, Mallrd can provide fully packaged air handling units, delivered to site, either in sections or as one complete unit, ready to ‘plug & play’.

In some instances it may be impossible to gain access for the unit and impracticle for the unit to be assembled off site. In these cases we can provide a flat pack solution for erection by our experienced site installation team.

Delivery of the finished product is vital to the success of Mallard and our flexible approach enables us to provide realistic products and delivery schedules suited to fast-track construction.
