Design

Experienced designers with a comprehensive and sound knowledge of the industry form the foundations of the Ventilation Division. The philosophy is simple – look at the exact requirements of the customer and the building and by understanding their needs, design a unique, efficient and cost effective air handling system.

Our team of versatile and experienced designers all utilise the latest computer software and can produce comprehensive and bespoke ductwork designs guaranteed to meet any requirement.

One of the unique benefits of a Mansfield Pollard designed system is the knowledge that all components of the scheme will be compatible and fit together exactly. Key to the success of all our systems is the fact that we do not rely on outside manufacturers which enables us to give reliable installation dates for the complete project.

MP Ventilation can call upon the skills and services of other divisions within Mansfield Pollard for supply and manufacture of a wide range of high quality in house products. These include air handling units, acoustic enclosures, vibration control equipment, canopies and control equipment to ensure that the project is designed, supplied, installed and commissioned – on price – on time.

Quality

All our ductwork products are produced in a modern plant, working to ISO 9001, utilising state of the art manufacturing techniques.

CNC Punch, CNC Folders, DNC Plasma Cutters and de coiling facilities guarantee that the finished ductwork system will be of the highest quality, at a reasonable price.

Installation

We employ a team of highly skilled craftsmen to install the finished product and as a company, we recognise that there is little point in investing in the perfect design if the installation is not up to standard. Working nationally it is vital that all our installations are right first time.

Continual investment in training ensures that our entire workforce have an in depth knowledge of all the latest industry specifications to ensure that the high quality product that leaves the factory becomes a high quality ductwork and air handling system on site.

A dedicated project engineer ensures that each project is co-ordinated and completed on schedule and with the minimum of disruption to the client.
