Prestige Car Manufacturing

When a well known prestige car manufacturer commissioned a new production plant, mechanical contractor Briggs and Forrester Ltd had no hesitation in specifying Euro Air Systems for the project.

The new plant and offices in Warwickshire required four Air Handling Units (AHU’s) to service the production areas and two units to service the offices and store areas. Project consultant, The Rolton Group, specified AHU’s complete with in-direct, 720kW, gas fired heaters which Euro Air were able to efficiently incorporate into their bespoke units. The air handling units have been designed to handle from 8 cubic metres per second in the office areas up to 38 cubic metres per second in the main construction area. The Trim Shop, Body Build Shop and Dining Room and Kitchen also have units installed.

The contract value of £175 000 included supply of pre-built factory tested units, on site cranage, positioning and the subsequent installation and commissioning of the finished units, which Euro Air completed on time.
